Chris Davies Talks Defence

The players have worked extremely hard this season facing some tough contact sessions on Tuesday evenings with some long sets of defence in certain games along the way.

Attitude and desire to defend as an individual and as a collective is all you could wish for as a defence coach. This squad has exactly that in abundance.

We have made certain changes to the way we defend over the last couple of years and the players have certainly bought into it.

As a squad we know we have improved, this is clearly shown through the games played and is evident through quantitative measures.

However, we must always look to improve, adapt, and move with the ever growing changing game of rugby.

We must always challenge ourselves and the players we coach.

I would like to thank all of the players for their hard work over the season.
