Biography

Andy starred for Bridgend from September 2011 until May 2015, playing in 55 games and scoring 4 tries, though he did not play in 2013-14). He was Man of the Match in Bridgend’s shock Welsh Cup final win over Pontypridd in May 2015. However, he moved to play for Bedwas from May 2015 until May 2018 in 84 games, scoring 21 tries).His first league try was for Bridgend against Cardiff on 30 November, 2012. Then, playing against Aberavon he scored the Bedwas try that won the match by 12-8 at Bedwas on 7 November,2015.  He scored a hat-trick of tries for Bedwas against Glamorgan Wanderers in a Welsh Cup match in January 2017, but his try in the win by Aberavon at Merthyr was one of his most outstanding as he ran from a scrum on the halfway line.
