We offer a flat rate Royal Mail delivery of £4.95 to UK mainland.
Season Tickets are eligible for Free Delivery.
We will aim to send all orders within 7 days of purchase subject to stock levels.
If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days of you receiving your goods. You then have 14 days to return the items. A credit note will be issued for items returned after this period.
Items must be returned in an unworn/unused condition in the original packaging.
Please allow 10 days for returns to be reviewed, inspected and for a refund on your original payment method.
We regret to inform that we cannot refund postage costs.
Items that cannot be refunded include:
- Gift Cards
- Items on Sale
- Season Tickets
This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
Club Shop Returns
Items purchased online can be returned to the club shop during opening times.
These will not be refunded onsite, but will be refunded within 10 working days via your original payment method.
Club shop opening hours can be found on our website and social media pages.
If you wish to return your items by post, please inform us first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be sent to: Club Shop, Aberavon RFC, Talbot Athletic Ground, Manor Street, Port Talbot, SA13 1AB.
Please remember to include your order details/returns note in the parcel.
We recommend you return your parcel via a signed/tracked method to ensure it reaches us.
We regret to inform that we cannot cover return postage costs.
All of our items stocked both instore and online are bespoke made. Therefore, we cannot guarantee stock levels at any particular time.
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods at email@example.com. We can then check our stock levels and issue you a new item or a refund if applicable.
Items can be brought back to our shop for an exchange – subject to stock availability.
