A Wales under-18 Youth cap from Aberavon Quins, Jamie became the most prolific points-scorer in the history of both the Welsh Premiership and all Welsh League rugby. His totals will probably never ever be beaten. His biggest honours were in playing twice for the famous Barbarian club. He made his debut for Aberavon on October 5, 1996 and went to score 4,130 points for Aberavon in 429 appearances, that included 101 tries and 3,261 of those points came for Aberavon in League rugby. He also scored 639 points in league rugby for the Quins, but retired with an arm injury in March 2014.
