The numerous lockdowns during COVID-19 were tough on everyone, especially peoples mental health. Aberavon RFC captain Joe Tomalin-Reeves came up with a fantastic idea to draw awareness of mental health within the community and raise much needed funds for Neath Port Talbot Mind charity.
